When many people need you. And for you, a room without demands!
As a leader, a person and more than your role.
I am a psychologist licensed in Sweden, based in Stockholm, and offer consultative leadership conversations for managers and others in leadership roles. The conversations may concern responsibility, decisions, relationships and how work connects with life outside it. They can take place as a single conversation or a short series in Hornstull on Södermalm or online.
I offer consultative leadership conversations for managers and others in leadership roles. They are for you if you carry a responsibility that can be difficult to put down or share where you work.
The conversation may concern a decision, responsibility, relationships or how you function in your role. It can also make room for shame, worry, loneliness, an addiction, self-esteem or life outside the role. You do not need to sort out the question before getting in touch. No human subject needs to be taboo.
INDEPENDENT AND PERSONAL
When you need to sort through the circumstances, challenge assumptions or reconsider a direction
The conversation is for you. If someone else commissions or pays for it, we clarify its purpose, terms and any reporting back before starting. Within those terms, we begin with your question and what matters to you.
Being on your side does not mean agreeing with everything or defending every decision. We can explore the situation honestly, try several perspectives and see what is at stake. There is room here to think, feel and understand, even when you do not yet know what you want to do.
THE LEADERSHIP ROLE AND LIFE
When work and life belong together
The leadership role does not always stay at work. Responsibility, conflicts and difficult decisions can follow you home. What happens in private life can, in turn, affect how you think, feel and act in your role. In the conversations, we do not need to separate what belongs together for you.
The conversations are not about shaping you to fit a ready-made image of how a leader should be. Together, we explore what is happening and what limits your room to act. The work is about finding a way to be in your different roles that also works for you as a person. Self-esteem, self-knowledge, relationships and your own needs can matter as much as decisions and leadership.
THE DIRECTION OF THE CONVERSATIONS
Begin with what is occupying you
You can come with a clear question or begin with something still difficult to put into words. The conversation begins with what is occupying you. We explore what is at stake, what recurs and what you would like to understand or handle differently.
Sometimes you need to think more clearly about a decision, a conflict or a relationship. Sometimes the conversation needs to go deeper and make room for feelings, reactions and patterns that affect both you and how you lead. The conversation takes shape around the question, not a ready-made programme.
THE FORM
Consultative leadership conversations
These are individual, defined conversations with me as a psychologist licensed in Sweden. We work with the question you bring, without a standard programme or a predetermined development goal.
What the conversations concern determines the framework needed. If you are seeking assessment or treatment of psychological difficulties, the contact is handled as healthcare. If other care is more appropriate, I help you find your way to it. You do not need to decide that on your own.
ARRANGEMENTS
One conversation or a short series
You can begin with a single conversation for a question that needs room of its own. Afterwards, we work out together whether another conversation or a short series would be meaningful.
The conversations can take place at the practice in Hornstull or online. We keep the arrangement defined and adjust it if the question changes or something else becomes more important as the work develops.
TERMS AND TRUST
Clear from the beginning
Before starting, we clarify what the assignment concerns and the framework that follows, including the terms for documentation and confidentiality. You can pay for the conversations yourself or have your employer or organisation pay.
If someone else commissions or pays for the work, we also go through what administrative information needs to be shared. The payer does not automatically have access to the content of the conversations. If other reporting back is to be included, its limits are agreed beforehand and you are told exactly what it covers.
The conversation can concern the human side of sensitive decisions, information and considerable responsibility. You can talk about things that are difficult to raise elsewhere.
PSYCHOLOGIST LICENSED IN SWEDEN
A psychologist licensed in Sweden, with broad clinical experience
I have been a psychologist licensed in Sweden since 2017 and have worked with adults from primary mental healthcare to specialist psychiatry and inpatient psychiatric care. Today I run my own practice and business.
I bring psychological knowledge, familiarity with difficult conversations and my own experience of running a business. I do not come with a ready-made model for how you should lead. You know your life and the reality in which you work.

A defined assignment
A consultative leadership conversation of 60 minutes costs from SEK 2,000, excluding VAT, for companies and organisations. If we agree on a short series or an individually arranged assignment, we decide its scope and total fee before starting.
I am currently taking single conversations and short series, not ongoing leadership assignments.
Get in touch.
Book an introductory call if you would like to talk briefly about arrangements, format and possible next steps. If you would rather write, it is enough to state your role and broadly what you are looking for.
Introductory phone call · 15 min · Free. A free call about practical arrangements, format and possible next steps. It is not therapy, a clinical assessment or crisis support.
What is the payer told?
Someone else paying does not change who the conversation is for. As a starting point, the payer receives only the administrative information needed for the assignment and invoicing. If other reporting back is to be included, it is agreed beforehand and you are told exactly what it covers.
Are patient records kept?
If the contact is healthcare, I keep patient records according to the applicable rules. In a consultancy assignment that is not healthcare, I do not keep patient records.
Can I raise commercially sensitive questions?
Yes. The conversation can concern the human side of sensitive decisions and considerable responsibility. In the first contact, it is enough to state your role and broadly what you are looking for. If the conversations may involve information subject to particular rules, we clarify the terms before starting. Specific confidentiality terms can be agreed if needed.
